Discussion on flue gas purification process of refuse incineration power plant

    Starting from the main pollutants in waste incineration flue gas, taking a waste incineration power plant project in Chengdu as an example, this paper discusses the current main stream waste incineration power plant flue gas treatment process, process methods and design points, and puts forward the design ideas, and analyzes the flue gas deacidification process.

1. Introduction

With the acceleration of urbanization in China and the improvement of people's living standard, the amount of garbage has also increased year by year. In order to avoid environmental pollution, comprehensive treatment and rational utilization of garbage has become an urgent and important issue. Waste incineration is a common waste treatment method in developed countries. It can effectively decompose toxic and harmful substances in waste and kill all kinds of pathogens. The solid residue formed after incineration can be reduced by more than 80%, occupies less land, is convenient for landfill, and can also produce electricity for reuse. It can be said that waste incineration is really realized. The reduction, resources and innocuity of garbage disposal. Pollutants in waste incineration flue gas can be divided into four categories: particulate matter (dust), acidic gas (SOx, NOx, HCl, HF), heavy metals (Hg, Pb, Cr, Cu, Ni, Zn, Mn, Sb, Cd, Se, etc.) and organic toxic pollutants (dioxins, furans, etc.). In order to prevent the secondary pollution of the environment in the process of waste incineration treatment, strict measures must be taken to treat the flue gas produced by incineration by using the flue gas purification system, so as to achieve the goal of discharge standard.

Taking a waste incineration power plant in Chengdu as an example, this paper analyzes and discusses the technology of waste incineration flue gas treatment.

2. General situation of refuse incineration power plant

The scale of waste treatment is 2400 t/d, the capacity of incinerator is 4 x 600 t/d, and the waste heat boiler with 4 MPa, 400 oC medium temperature and medium pressure steam parameters is selected. Each incinerator is equipped with a flue gas treatment system.

3. Flue gas purification process

3.1 process flow

Select SNCR (selective non catalytic reduction method) + rotary spray deacidification tower + semi dry method (Ca (OH) 2) + dry (NaHCO3) + activated carbon injection + high efficiency bag filter +SCR (selective catalytic reduction method) combined flue gas purification process. Implement the European Union's pollutant discharge standard 2000/EC/76.
